Achievements:

- 1987 – 1991 Group Manager Clinical Pharmacokinetics at Solvay Pharmaceuticals.
- 1991 – 1992 Head Non-Clinical Pharmacokinetics at Solvay Pharmaceuticals.
- 1992 - Project Manager at Solvay Pharmaceuticals
- 1994 – 1999 Global Project Director at Solvay Pharmaceuticals (and managed two Alliances with Japanese and USA based pharmaceutical companies on behalf of Solvay Pharmaceuticals)
- 1999 – 2000 Worked at International as Project Manager for Reproductive Medicine at N.V. Organon.
- 2000 – 2001 Continued as International Project Manager for Cardiovascular Medicine at N.V. Organon (managed an Alliance with a European based Pharmaceutical company on behalf of Organon)
- 2001 – 2003 Moved to Semaia Pharaceuticals B.V and was made Chief Development Officer (and managed an alliance project with a European based biotech company).

- 2005 – 2010 Was appointed to Director Clinical Pharmacology at FOCUS Clinical Drug Development GmbH and CEO of FOCUS Clinical Drug Development Nederland B.V., was appointed to Board Director of Exploratory & Business Development at FOCUS
- 2011 – to date, Senior Director, Head Clinical Pharmacology Unit
- Responsible for the management of the internal Clinical Pharmacology Unit of Janssen, a Pharmaceutical Company of Johnson & Johnson. It is located at the campus of the ZNA Jan Palfijn Hospital in Antwerp.
